Job Title: Registration Executive - Automobile Industry

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Registration Executive to manage end-to-end vehicle registration activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with RTO procedures, documentation, and customer coordination within the automobile sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complete vehicle registration process with the RTO.

Prepare and verify all required documents for registration, HPA, and related tasks.

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, Accounts) for timely submission of documents.

Track application status and ensure on-time completion of RC and number plate delivery.

Maintain accurate records of registration files and RTO submissions.

Address customer queries related to registration and ensure smooth communication.

Ensure compliance with all RTO rules and regulation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in vehicle registration / RTO handling.
Strong knowledge of RTO processes (particularly in the automobile domain).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and online RTO portals (Vahan, Parivahan, etc.).
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
