RTO Coordination:
Handling all activities and documentation related to the RTO for new vehicle registration. Coordinating with RTO brokers if necessary to facilitate the process and obtain desired registration numbers.
Document Management:
Informing the Delivery Manager or relevant staff of all documents required from the customer for registration. Keeping meticulous records of all documents and the eventual handover of the RC (Registration Certificate) book to the customer.
Financial Processing:
Creating demand drafts (DD) or processing payments required by the RTO and related authorities.
Customer Service & Delivery:
Obtaining the customer's registration number, slip, and final RC. Handing over all completed registration documents to the customer (sometimes involving at-home delivery if needed). Providing updates to customers regarding vehicle delivery, registration status, and documentation.
General Administration:
Assisting with other related administrative tasks such as handling insurance files and maintaining delivery checklists. Basic computer knowledge is mandatory for maintaining records and generating reports.

Experience:
Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply, though previous experience in an automotive sales or administrative role is a plus.
Skills:
Basic computer knowledge, strong communication skills, and attention to detail for document handling.
Education:
