Job Description
Verifying insurance information Verify patient insurance and confirm with Finance Verify patient insurance and confirms with Finance Verifying patient insurance and confirms with Finance Verifies insurance and notifies patient of their expected out of pocket expense Obtaining pre-certifications Assisting patients with registration upon arrival to the hospital Providing excellent customer service to patients and their families Acting as a liaison between nurses, physicians and other staff Maintaining patient/staff confidentiality
