Provide direct patient care including administering medications, IVs, and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and record patient symptoms, vital signs, and medical histories.
Assist in admissions, discharges, and patient transfers.
Support physicians during rounds and medical procedures.
Ensure patient safety, hygiene, and comfort.
Maintain accurate and updated nursing documentation and reports.
Follow infection control and hospital safety protocols.
Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Participate in departmental meetings, training, and continuous education programs.
