Job Description

Provide

quality patient care

in wards, ICU, OT, or other hospital departments.

Monitor and

record vital signs

, symptoms, and progress of the patient.

Prepare and

administer medications and fluids

as prescribed by the doctor.

Perform

nursing procedures

, such as catheterization, nasogastric tube insertion, and wound dressing.

Develop and implement

individualized care plans

in collaboration with the health care team.

Provide

health education and counsel

to patient and relatives on medication, lifestyle, and follow-up care.

Handle

emergency situations

promptly and efficiently (such as cardiac arrest, shock, respiratory distress).

Maintain

confidential patient records and reports

accurately and safely.

Monitor for complications and side effects of treatments, promptly notifying the doctor when abnormalities arise.

Ensure

infection control practices

and hospital policy guidelines are followed at all times.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
