Job Summary:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various specialties, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and adherence to hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as per doctor's orders. Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions. Assist in procedures and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation. Ensure infection control, hygiene, and patient safety. Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.

Requirements:

GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid registration. 1-3 years of experience in a multispeciality setup preferred. Good clinical skills, teamwork, and communication. Willingness to work in shifts and emergency situations.
