We are looking for a dedicated and experienced
Staff Nurse - OT
to join our Operation Theatre team. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality perioperative nursing care and ensuring patient safety before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures
Prepare OT, instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies
Maintain strict aseptic and infection control protocols
Perform pre-operative and post-operative patient care
Ensure proper documentation of OT records
Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies
Maintain OT cleanliness and safety standards
Follow hospital policies and NABH/quality guidelines
Eligibility / Qualifications
GNM / BSc Nursing
(Mandatory)
Kerala Nursing Council / State Nursing Council Registration Certificate - Mandatory
OT training or OT experience preferred
Experience
1-5 years
of experience in Operation Theatre
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
