_to join our dynamic health care team. The role includes assisting during normal and high-risk deliveries, ensuring maternal and neonatal safety, and maintaining high standards of patient care in the labour room.
Immediate joiners are preferred
Qualifications:
B.Sc. Nursing or GNM
from a recognized institution.
Valid Kerala Registration
.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in a Labour Room / Maternity Unit
Experience in handling normal and high-risk deliveries will be preferred
Skills &Competencies
Strong clinical and observational skills
Knowledge of labour room protocols and emergency procedures
Ability to work under pressure and in shift-based duties
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Salary should be based on interview performance & experience . Should be fixed at the time of interview
