In this role, you will deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring dignity, respect, and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities

Deliver person-centred care to aged care residents.
Monitor and manage residents' clinical needs.
Administer medications and prescribed treatments.
Lead and support care staff in daily duties.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
Mandatory Skills Requirements

Current AHPRA registration.
Demonstrated experience in aged care nursing.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Evidence of up-to-date vaccinations, including:
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella
- Hepatitis B
- Varicella
- Pertussis (within the last 10 years)
Current criminal history clearance (general, aged care, or NDIS).
Relevant training certifications for aged care.
Proof of identity and right to work in Australia.
