Job Description

Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to transplant patients Monitor and assess patients' conditions and vital signs Administer medications, including immunosuppressive therapies Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Educate patients and their families about the transplant process and post-operative care Prepare patients for surgical procedures and assist during surgeries when necessary Perform wound care and manage surgical drains Administer blood transfusions and manage other IV therapies Recognize and respond to signs of transplant rejection and other complications Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Provide emotional support to patients and their families throughout the transplant journey Participate in ongoing education and training in transplant nursing and related fields Assist in research and data collection for transplant programs

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
