Role Summary:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with 1-2 years of clinical experience to join our team. While experience in orthopedics is preferred, it is not mandatory. This role is ideal for nurses passionate about musculoskeletal health and rehabilitation-focused care.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver nursing care in accordance with orthopedic protocols Assist in orthopedic consultations, splinting, and physiotherapy-related support Monitor patient vitals and document progress accurately Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies as prescribed Coordinate with orthopedic doctors and physiotherapists to support patient care Educate patients and caregivers on mobility, bracing, and recovery guidelines Maintain up-to-date patient records and adhere to clinical safety standards

Qualifications:

GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution Registered with the Tamil Nadu Nursing Council 1-2 years of clinical experience (preferably in an orthopedic or physiotherapy setting) Strong observation, communication, and organizational skills Comfortable working in a focused specialty setup (non-multispecialty)
