Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Registered Nurse to join our remote clinical support team. This role is primarily focused on reviewing and processing laboratory results within our Electronic Medical Records system. The ideal candidate has strong clinical judgment, experience working with EMR systems, particularly eClinicalWorks (ECW), and can consistently complete daily lab reviews within defined timelines.



This is a full-time, hourly, non-voice role with flexible scheduling after training.

Primary Responsibilities

Clinical Review and Documentation

+ Review, analyze, and process laboratory results accurately and efficiently using ECW
+ Ensure all assigned lab results are reviewed and completed within the same business day
+ Identify abnormal or critical lab values and follow established escalation protocols
+ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system

System and Workflow Management

+ Navigate ECW and other clinical tools effectively to support daily operations
+ Adhere to internal clinical guidelines, compliance standards, and turnaround time expectations
+ Collaborate with the clinical and operations teams as needed to ensure continuity of care

Job Requirements

Licensure and Education

Active Registered Nurse license.

Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical field Proven experience reviewing and interpreting laboratory results Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) is required Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems

Schedule Requirements:

Full-time, hourly position Training schedule will follow US Eastern Time Flexible work hours available after successful completion of training Ability to meet daily productivity and turnaround time expectations

Technical Requirements:

Reliable wired internet connection (100 Mbps minimum). Computer/laptop with Intel Core i5 or Ryzen 5 processor, 8GB RAM minimum, and 128GB free storage. Dual-screen setup preferred for enhanced productivity. Operating system: Windows 10 or macOS (latest version). Clear webcam (1080p or higher resolution) and microphone for communication. Backup systems for electricity and internet outages.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive Hourly Rate:

USD 5 to 6 per hour. Compensation based on experience and qualifications

Remote Work with Flexibility:

This is a fully remote role. You can have full flexibility after training.
