Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients, providing emotional support to families, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor patients' vital signs and symptoms and report any changes to the medical team.

Provide pre- and post-operative care and support.

Educate patients and families on managing illness or injury and post-hospital care.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Assist with diagnostic tests and analyze results.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and safety protocols.

Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).

Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (as required).

Proven experience in a clinical setting (hospital, clinic, long-term care, etc.).

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.
