- Develop a nursing care plan with specific goals and interventions, individualizing nursing actions to meet patients\xe2\x80\x99 needs.
- Assist patients to regain health and reduce episodes of illness through patient and family education.
- Provide structure and maintain a therapeutic environment in collaboration with the patient and other healthcare providers.
- Work cooperatively as a member of the multidisciplinary team.
