Job Summary:

Care and Cure Home Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Staff Nurse

to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a home healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide

nursing care

to patients at home, including medication administration, wound care, injections, and vital sign monitoring. Assist in

post-hospitalization care, elderly care, palliative care, and chronic disease management

. Monitor and document

patient conditions

and report any changes to the medical team. Perform

basic medical procedures

such as catheterization, tracheostomy care, and IV therapy. Educate patients and caregivers on

medications, treatments, and health management

. Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals for

comprehensive patient care

. Maintain

accurate medical records

and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Provide

emotional support

to patients and families, ensuring a compassionate and professional approach.

Requirements:

Diploma/B.Sc. in Nursing

from a recognized institution. Valid

Kerala Nursing Council Registration

.

1-3 years

of experience in a hospital or home healthcare setting (freshers with strong clinical skills may also apply). Proficiency in

patient assessment, emergency response, and critical thinking

. Ability to work independently and manage multiple patients efficiently. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel within Trivandrum for home visits.
