Patient Assessment & Care Planning

: Conduct comprehensive health assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress.

Medication Administration

: Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitor for side effects, and document patient responses.

Patient Education

: Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.

Collaboration & Communication

: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.

Documentation & Record Keeping

: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Emergency Response

: Respond promptly to medical emergencies, providing life-saving interventions as needed.

Supervision & Mentorship
