Welcare Hospital is seeking highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team in the following specialized areas:

Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery (CVTS):

Providing specialized nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures.

Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU):

Delivering critical care to patients with complex cardiac conditions.

Operation Theater (OT):

Assisting surgeons and providing comprehensive perioperative nursing care.
The ideal candidates will be experienced in their respective specialties, possess strong clinical skills, and demonstrate a commitment to providing patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients within the specified specialty area (CVTS, CICU, or OT). Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' vital signs and physiological parameters, and respond appropriately to changes in condition. Operate and maintain specialized equipment used in the respective specialty area. Collaborate effectively with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment plan, and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate and complete patient records. Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

Mandatory:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or equivalent qualification. Registration with the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant specialty area (CVTS, CICU, or OT). Strong clinical skills and knowledge of relevant medical procedures and protocols. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
