Job Description

We are seeking a

Residential Nurse

to join our healthcare team and provide round-the-clock care to residents in our rehabilitation facility. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medication, and supporting the medical and counselling staff in delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

Administer prescribed medications and monitor their effects. Provide basic medical care and attend to health needs of residents. Assist doctors and psychologists in treatment procedures and therapy sessions. Monitor vital signs, maintain health records, and report changes in patient conditions. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid. Educate residents about hygiene, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits. Support overall rehabilitation goals by working closely with the multidisciplinary team. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of patient records.

Qualifications & Skills

GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification (registration with Nursing Council preferred). Experience in rehabilitation centres, hospitals, or mental health facilities is desirable. Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently. Strong communication, observation, and patient-care skills. Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centred approach. Willingness to stay within the residential facility.
