Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, monitor patient health, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective treatments. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to patient welfare.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patients' health conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families. Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients about their health conditions and post-treatment care. Ensure infection control and hygiene standards are met. Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid when necessary. Supervise junior nursing staff and provide guidance as needed.

Requirements

Valid nursing license or certification (e.g., RN, LPN, or equivalent). Proven experience as a Nurse or similar role. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and treatments. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Compassionate, patient-centered approach. Proficient in using healthcare management software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent. Specialized training or certification in areas like pediatric, geriatric, or critical care nursing. Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or home healthcare setting.
