Experience:

Minimum

3-5 years

in ICU / Critical Care

Qualification:

B.Sc Nursing / GNM (Mandatory) ICU / Critical Care certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise ICU nursing staff and daily operations Ensure adherence to ICU protocols and patient safety standards Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams Monitor patient care, documentation, and infection control Manage duty rosters and staff performance

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and communication skills Expertise in ventilator and critical care management Ability to handle emergencies and high-pressure situations
