About the Role:

We are looking for a

qualified and experienced IV Therapist (Registered Nurse)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering

at-home intravenous (IV) therapy services

to clients in a safe, professional, and compassionate manner. This role requires excellent clinical expertise, patient-handling skills, and adherence to medical protocols and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer IV drips, vitamin infusions, hydration therapy, and other intravenous procedures at clients' homes. Conduct pre-session assessments including vitals, health history, and suitability for IV therapy. Maintain strict hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols during all procedures. Monitor clients during and after infusion for any adverse reactions and manage them as per standard clinical guidelines. Handle IV equipment, disposables, and medications with accuracy and accountability. Educate clients on the therapy process, post-infusion care, and wellness benefits. Maintain proper documentation of sessions and ensure timely reporting. Coordinate with the clinical and operations team to schedule and execute home visits efficiently. Uphold the company's professional image and ensure high client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Qualification:

GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing (Registered Nurse).

Licensing:

Valid Nursing Registration with the State Nursing Council.

Experience:

Minimum

2-3 years of clinical experience

in IV therapy, critical care, or hospital setup. Prior experience in

home healthcare, wellness drips, or vitamin infusions

is highly preferred. Strong understanding of IV techniques, cannulation, and emergency management.

Skills & Attributes:

Excellent clinical judgment and patient-care skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. High attention to hygiene, precision, and professionalism. Ability to work independently and handle clients with empathy and discretion. Willingness to travel for home visits.

Pay: ₹9,771.76 - ₹32,262.58 per month
