Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Monitor patient conditions and record vital signs Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Perform nursing procedures and assist with medical exams Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care when needed Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS preferred for some roles) Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, or community health settings
