Job Responsibilities

Prepare and set up the Operation Theatre (OT) for hair transplant procedures. Maintain a sterile, hygienic, and safe clinical environment following infection-control protocols. Assist doctors during all stages of the hair transplant procedure, including anesthesia support and graft-related tasks. Monitor and record patient vitals before, during, and after procedures. Provide compassionate and professional interaction with patients at all times. Guide patients on pre-procedure and post-procedure instructions. Manage post-procedure care, including cleaning, dressing, and coordinating follow-ups. Arrange and capture patient

before-and-after photographs

and assist in

archiving clinical cases

. Ensure accurate documentation of patient files, treatments, and consumables used. Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and front-desk staff to support smooth clinic operations. Maintain OT equipment, instruments, and consumable inventory; raise requests for replenishment when needed. Support sterilisation and preparation of surgical instruments. Ensure all clinical areas meet hygiene and safety standards consistently. Perform or assist with PRP, mesotherapy, and other non-surgical clinical treatments.

Uphold strict confidentiality of all patient information at all times.

Be flexible to travel

to other Evolved Hair locations, including

Lucknow, Noida, Dhaka (Bangladesh), and Australia

, when required.
