Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled, dedicated, and compassionate

ICU Staff Nurse

to join our critical care team. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, excellent patient-care skills, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU. Monitor vital signs, ventilators, and all critical medical equipment. Assist physicians during procedures and follow treatment plans accurately. Administer medications, IV infusions, and maintain complete and accurate documentation. Respond promptly to emergency situations and perform life-saving interventions when required. Maintain infection control protocols and ensure safety standards in the ICU. Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, and family members. Ensure proper handover during shift changes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure smooth ICU functioning.

Qualifications & Requirements

GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing. Valid Chhattisgarh Nursing Council Registration (mandatory). Minimum

1 year of ICU experience

preferred (freshers with strong clinical skills may also apply). Strong knowledge of ICU protocols, ventilator management, and critical care procedures. Ability to work in rotational shifts. Good communication skills, professionalism, and teamwork orientation. ACLS and BLS Trained certified.
