Starling Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support healthcare delivery in a rural hospital setting. This role requires adaptability, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to manage a wide range of clinical presentations. The nurse will provide direct patient care, support emergency situations, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe and effective nursing care across rural health services.
Provide support in:
- Advanced Life Support
- Resuscitation
- Triage and patient prioritisation
- IV Cannulation
- Emergency response
- Rural nursing duties
Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and hospital procedures.
Contribute to a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Mandatory Skills Requirements

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Demonstrated experience in emergency, acute care, and rural nursing.
Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Current National Police Check (valid 3 years, including aged care clearance if required).
Evidence of up-to-date immunisations, including:
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella
- Varicella
- Hepatitis B
- Pertussis (within the last 10 years)
Current photo identification (passport or driver's licence).
Ability to meet mandatory training compliance requirements.
