Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in an aged care setting.
Monitor and manage residents' health conditions with professionalism and care.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with care teams to ensure holistic support for residents.
Provide guidance and leadership to care staff.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with clinical standards and aged care regulations.
Mandatory Skills Requirements

Current AHPRA registration.
Proven experience in aged care nursing.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Evidence of up-to-date vaccinations, including:
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella
- Hepatitis B
- Varicella
- Pertussis (within the last 10 years)
Current criminal history clearance (general, aged care, or NDIS).
Valid training certifications relevant to aged care.
Proof of identity and right to work in Australia.
