Your mission, if you choose to accept, will be :

Brand Equity Lead generation Support Field Sales Increase Brand visibility campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities

Development and effective implementation of sales strategies for enterprise ward monitoring and prescriptive home monitoring businesses inline with overall revenue targets. Develop a sales organization and provide effective leadership to the sales team. Develop and implement direct and indirect sales channels. Development and management of distributor networks. Development and management of direct sales team. Implementation of CRM and sales MIS. Market intelligence and competitor tracking. Implementing and controlling company pricing policies in the market. Planning and effective implementation of sales promotions and trade promotions. Cross functional coordination with Operations, finance and other departments forsmoother sales processes.

Requirements

Education Qualification - Graduation Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in health monitoring devices/Pharma with specific experience in south and west India. Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel In-depth understanding of the sales administration process Excellent interpersonal and team management skills Strong analytical and organizational skills Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
