Regional/Academic Manager - Education (Pre-Schools/K-12) - 2+Years - Bangalore
Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Academic Manager from the education sector with strong exposure to curriculum implementation, teacher training, and academic quality audits. The role requires hands-on academic leadership, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to drive consistent learning outcomes across multiple centers. Ideal candidates will bring 2-7 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for academic excellence.

Responsibilities: * Supporting schools in curriculum implementation and academic supervision

• Ensuring quality lesson delivery and classroom effectiveness
• Planning and conducting teacher training and induction programs
• Preparing training, audit, and academic quality reports
• Visiting centers for academic audits and quality assessments
• Suggesting strategies for improving academic efficiency and effectiveness
• Coaching and mentoring teachers to enhance learning outcomes

Requirements: * 2-7 years of relevant experience in academic management or training

• Experience in Pre-School, K-12, or organized education setups
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage audits, reports, and academic documentation
• Willingness to travel across assigned locations
• Qualification: M.Ed / B.Ed / Graduate / Post Graduate / EECD
