Identify visual merchandising requirements for new and existing products based on feedback received from customers, competition study etc. which can be either merchandising driven or campaign driven or VM led2. Coordinate with IRSG and regional merchandisers for ROM, graphics and other VM requirements for all existing and new stores3. Provide inputs on sizes and requirements to create the element store distribution list for every location4. Work on design and adaptations independently based on given briefs. Receive and record all the VM kits and manuals received from corporate teams5. Ensure installation of the VM kits in the store through the identified store VM champs6. Record and submit proof of installation to the corporate teams and escalate in case of any issue7.
