Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate

Regional Trainer

with experience in premium/luxury beauty retail. The role focuses on enhancing the skills of

Beauty Advisors (BAs) and store staff

through structured training, coaching, and performance evaluation. The ideal candidate has expertise in skincare consultation, makeup techniques, product knowledge, and delivering service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging training on

product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and makeup application

. Conduct

classroom, virtual, and on-floor coaching

for store teams and new hires. Monitor sales KPIs (conversion, AOV, UPT) and design training interventions. Evaluate staff performance, grooming, and service standards; provide feedback and action plans. Develop/customize

training content

and collaborate with brand trainers for product-specific sessions. Maintain training records, share reports, and ensure LMS/e-learning adoption. Stay updated on beauty trends, collect feedback, and relay insights to brand/operations teams.

Candidate Profile

4-6 years' experience in

training

, preferably in premium/luxury beauty retail. Strong knowledge of

makeup application, skincare consultation, and product usage

. Experience in

retail operations and customer service excellence

. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with ability to link training to

business KPIs

. Proficient in

MS Office

and virtual training platforms. Willing to travel extensively.
