Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging training on
product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and makeup application
.
Conduct
classroom, virtual, and on-floor coaching
for store teams and new hires.
Monitor sales KPIs (conversion, AOV, UPT) and design training interventions.
Evaluate staff performance, grooming, and service standards; provide feedback and action plans.
Develop/customize
training content
and collaborate with brand trainers for product-specific sessions.
Maintain training records, share reports, and ensure LMS/e-learning adoption.
Stay updated on beauty trends, collect feedback, and relay insights to brand/operations teams.
Candidate Profile
4-6 years' experience in
training
, preferably in premium/luxury beauty retail.
Strong knowledge of
makeup application, skincare consultation, and product usage
.
Experience in
retail operations and customer service excellence

Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to link training to

MS Office
