Description As Regional Supplier Manager, we look forward to your engaging with and managing leading transport providers to deliver a best-in-class experience to Apple\'s customers in EMEIA. - Handling the operational relationship between Apple and our industry-leading transport providers - Work closely with our internal partner teams to deliver best-in-class customer delivery experiences across the EMEIA region - Working without constraints on our delivery experiences to ensure we stay ahead of the curve in terms of delivery offerings and solutions - Engaging cross-functional customers and partners to continually enhance our supply chain and deliver industry-leading delivery experiences - Lead our management system for your providers and business route to markets - Provide our internal customers and partners with the trust factor - Leading cost-saving programs - Always positively challenging norms and the status quo - Work actively with providers on product portfolios, using the latest technology available to deliver industry-leading delivery experiences and on green efficiency programs - Manage data integrity flows between Apple and our provider - Negotiate appropriate strategic mid and long-term capacity with your provider - Identifying best practices across the provider base and empowerment to positively deploy these across the entire team - Ensuring providers have best-in-class security provisions in place to minimise loss impact to Apple and our customers - Collaborating with the Procurement Manager to ensure that the provider contracts are appropriate for Apple\'s business needs - Driving the annual rates negotiations process for your providers - Establish Good Working Relationships with Local OEM (APO) logistics teams in India. - Create relevant management reporting to support the business with high data accuracy on a weekly basis and communicate in a timely manner. - Identify logistics areas for process improvement and cost savings to ensure expectations are met. - Investigate problems, find root causes and develop solutions. - Collaborate with associates to improve efficiency, productivity and processes. - In this role, you will be the primary support for EMEIA Logistics Operations Team. - You\'ll run the daily review of shipment handovers from all OEMs / DCs / RC / Retail stores and monitor in-transit status according to prescribed lead times/Service Level Agreement. - Maintain and monitor KPIs ensuring each LSP operates to the agreed service levels on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis. - Monitor loss & damage for any trends and work directly with the LSP to ensure adequate root cause analysis takes place and effective corrective actions happen. - Ensure relevant security procedures and lead times have adhered to prior / during launch. - Support the implementation of new operational and systemic requirements from the LSP. Education & Experience Degree and MBA (from a premier school) with a demonstrated ability in a high-performance operational environment
