Accelerate is positioned as a premium product within the market and provides industry leading services that contribute to partner institutions' strategic internationalisation objectives.Accelerate combines our experience and expertise with machine learning capabilities, connecting institutions with students having the best chance of success and streamlining the workflow of recruitment partners for effective student recruitment.Primary purpose: The purpose of the role is to manage all our Australian agents in the region and meeting the application and commencement targets allocated to the region.Key responsibilities & accountabilities: Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Develop, manage and grow a portfolio of clients aligned with sales budgets
  • Creation and execution of individual account plans with each client
  • Develop new ideas and strategies to achieve and maintain our competitive leadership position
  • Develop and maintain an expert knowledge of EduCo Institutes
  • Maintaining a record of client interactions, performance and negotiations
Qualifications, experience & technical skills: Qualifications, Technical skills and Experience required of this role include:
  • A proven track record of success achieving sales budgets through non-exclusive channel sales (essential)
  • Relevant Diploma/ Degree in Business or Marketing
  • Demonstrated successful sales experience in education or similar service industry (essential)
  • Existing networks of education recruitment agencies and feeder institutions (preferred)
  • Highly-driven, self-motivated performer with demonstrated capacity to meet and exceed sales targets
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-developed ability to initiate and manage business relationships across culture
  • Ability to achieve targets and prepare budgets, sales plans and performance reports
  • Ability to undertake frequent local and international travel
  • Ability to work remotely and Independently and to achieve sales under this modality
  • Language abilities (Fluent English)
