Manage Distributor Sales and Application force performance with the support of the Regional Director in his / her territory. o Support and advise surgeons on the use of our products; Participate to Key account surgeries as defined by Regional Director. o Establish, develop and maintain KOL relationships within the territory. o Realizes set sales budget by managing/expanding sales contacts, following-up quotations, special requests and tenders. o Reports regularly on activities and performances. o Gather, analyze and share all relevant information on markets development, competition, customers and products in his territory. o Identify risk/opportunities in the market and propose /execute strategies and action plans to manage them. o Prepare, attend and follow up on key congresses. o Responsible that all DORC activities are in compliance with local legislation. o Ensure distributor compliance with DORC's: - distributor guidelines and general conduct requirements - product knowledge, marketing initiatives and product launches - application support and after sales services processes o Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs product registrations, product reporting or recall activities.
8 - 10 Years of working experience in a related field. o Experience working in the Operating Room. o Experience in the surgical environment (Ophthalmology is big plus). o Experience in sales and managing indirect sales channel is desired.
