Job Description


Job Role

  • Manage the entire Service oriented factor and every Service Deliver officer of the region
  • Timely check and guidance to be given to the SDO’s to perform well and do justice to the KRA given to them
  • Co – ordinate with the HO, Mancom team, AM’s, regional SQ and BOM’s to support the SDO team and bring the region on top on the SQ Score card.
  • Ensure every Service request and complaint of the region is been attended to and the same is resolved within TAT.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to process, audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring the digital banking reaches every customer through the SDO’s.
  • Tracking the business leads and activations generated by the SDO’s which has helped the region in earning revenue.
  • Ensuring every customer of the region is been touched based with resulting the Customer Satisfaction Survey Ratio in 100%.
Requirement
  • Ability to guide and monitor his/her reportees
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • MBA/Graduate
  • Customer service oriented
  • People Management skills
  • Good communication abilities
