The company is headquartered in Bangalore, but has offices in Delhi, Mumbai, and Hyderabad as well. We have an award-winning team of excellent service engineers & expert trainers. Business has been expanding rapidly and company has doubled its revenues from last year. The company also plans to venture into new areas around the beverage space. The company is an Indo-German JV and has a portfolio of 22+ brands from Europe and US. All key brands are market leaders worldwide. We are looking for a dynamic, customer-first, sales oriented, entrepreneurial person to drive our growth even further Role and Responsibility_RSMs and Service Coordinators Maintaining a team of 20+ Service Engineers across West India Assigning all types of complaints/tickets to respective team members and resolving it as per SLA Technical training and support to Service Engineers Demand plan and arrranging Spares Parts Stocking of Critical Spare parts and timely support to customers MIS reports to management Invoice submissions and payment followups Generating Service revenue Meeting Key Accounts regularly to have strong business relationship

• Technical qualification: Diploma (or) Bachler of Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Experience: 5-10 years in Coffee Industry (or any equipment Industry)
• Current position: Asst. Manager and above
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Fluency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power point)

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9500,000.00 - 9900,000.00 per year Benefits:
