Customer-centric approach by training the team on communication and problem-solving skills. Set measurable KPIs for customer satisfaction (e.g., Net Promoter Score, response time). Improve customer experience and service delivery. Conduct regular audits of service operations to identify bottlenecks. Set quarterly milestones to track progress and adjust the plan as needed. Participate in cross-functional technical workshops. Stay updated on technologies and products to provide technical guidance.

Education: Must hold a Diploma / bachelor's degree in mechanical/Mechatronics. MBA will add additional value.
Work Experience: 10-12 Years of Experience in Service field, dealer management.
Other Skills- Presentable, Fluent in English & regional language.
