Regional School Director - CBSE Schools - North Zone - 10+ Years - Noida
We're looking for visionary academic leaders to drive excellence, brand alignment, and growth across a reputed chain of CBSE schools. As a Regional School Director, you'll oversee multiple institutions, mentor teachers, and play a strategic role in shaping the future of education.
Location- Noida

Responsibilities: * Leading Cluster Directors to implement brand-aligned academic strategies

• Ensuring curriculum excellence and CBSE compliance across schools
• Collaborating with the business team to grow admissions and revenue
• Conducting master training programs for Principals and Teachers
• Monitoring school performance and guiding new school setups

Requirements: * Bachelor's & Master's in Education; PhD or Ed. Management preferred

• 10-15 years of experience as a Principal or in multi-school academic leadership
• In-depth understanding of CBSE norms and affiliation process
• Strong leadership, training, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across zones
