Key responsibilities

Sales strategy and execution:

Develop and implement regional sales plans to meet or exceed volume and profit targets.

Team management:

Lead, mentor, and manage a regional sales team, including performance reviews and coaching.

Client relationship management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including distributors, contractors, and project managers.

Negotiation and sales:

Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and securing long-term business.

Market analysis:

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Reporting and forecasting:

Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Cross-functional collaboration:

Work with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Required qualifications and skills

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in the steel industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and client relationship management abilities. Proficiency in market research and data analysis. Understanding of steel products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
