Key Responsibilities
Regional Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement region-specific sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Market Development:
Identify new business opportunities, expand customer base, and strengthen relationships with contractors, architects, and distributors.
Sales Performance:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets; monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.
Marketing Initiatives:
Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams including product, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless operations.
Customer Engagement:
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service and support.
Competitor Analysis:
Track market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of roofing and building materials market dynamics
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proven ability to manage regional sales pipelines and close deals
Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit with leadership potential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
