Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our customer base, promote our products/services, and contribute to revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits. Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers. Meet or exceed sales targets and goals. Negotiate deals and close sales effectively. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline). Support digital marketing activities including email campaigns, social media, and content marketing. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis. Coordinate with designers and vendors for marketing collaterals like brochures, banners, and ads. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and persuasion skills. Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales funnel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
