Key responsibilities
+ Sales strategy and execution: Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and ensure the execution of promotions and brand activations.
+ Distribution and channel management: Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors and retailers to ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels across key outlets and channels.
+ Market intelligence and business development: Conduct market visits to understand competitor activities, consumer behavior, and emerging trends. Provide insights for new product development and collaborate with marketing on region-specific campaigns.
+ Team management and leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve collective goals. Set clear targets, monitor performance, and provide continuous coaching.
+ Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, and work with customers to understand their evolving needs.
+ Reporting and analytics: Create and present regular sales reports to senior management, analyze key performance indicators, and suggest improvements to sales approaches.
Qualifications and skills
+ Any Graduate or Masters
+ He must have 10 to 15 years' experience in any Beverage, FMCG or food processing company
+ Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the beverage or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
+ Strong leadership, management, and motivational skills.
+ Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
