- Regional Manager (Sales) - Machine Manufacturing

Location: Bengaluru ( local Bengaluru, Candidate Karnataka )

Experience Required: 5-8 years in Industrial/Machine Manufacturing Sales

Budget: ₹8 - 10 LPA

Key Responsivities::

Achieve assigned regional sales and revenue targets. Develop and implement business strategies to increase market penetrant in South India. Act as the primary liaison with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships. Negotiate deals, close contracts, and ensure smooth order execution. Identify large projects, tenders, and new business opportunities. Coordinate with sales & service teams for seamless pre- and post-sales support. Ensure timely customer payment recovery and maintain sales/accounting records. Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategic actions. Visit Head Office periodically for technical and commercial updates.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

? Regional sales growth (100%) against targets. ? Number of new clients/projects acquired. Customer retention and satisfaction levels. Timely collection of payments (DSO - Days Sales Outstanding
