Regional Sales Manager (B2B)

to drive revenue growth, manage key enterprise accounts, and lead a high-performing sales team across the assigned region. The ideal candidate has a strong background in

B2B solution-based selling

, channel management, and strategic account development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals Drive B2B revenue growth through direct sales, key accounts, and channel partners Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area / Territory Sales Managers Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region Build long-term relationships with key B2B clients and stakeholders Manage large enterprise and strategic accounts Monitor sales performance, pipelines, forecasts, and budgets Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs Ensure CRM discipline, reporting accuracy, and compliance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
