Responsibilities * Develop and execute sales strategies to build market share for the Professional Division across the West region.

• Manage and drive the performance of distributors while ensuring optimal stock levels and effective distribution.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team to deliver on set targets.
• Establish strong relationships with key accounts, including salon chains and retailers, ensuring exceptional service and retention.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify and act on growth opportunities.
• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets and ensure financial discipline while adhering to budget allocations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and achieve brand objectives.
• Submit regular sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market analyses to senior management.

Requirements * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the FMCG/Personal Care sector (preferably Professional division targeting salons).

• Previous regional or territory management experience covering the West region.
• Comprehensive knowledge of sales strategy & planning, key account management, and distributor management.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and mentor a team.
• Competence in financial planning, budgeting, and achieving revenue targets.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in market intelligence and competitive analysis.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the salon business landscape and key industry trends.
