We are expanding our retail presence across India and are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our business in Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth across all retail stores and counters in the Maharashtra region.
Manage, motivate, and train store teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Monitor store performance, analyze sales reports, and take corrective actions.
Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising, and customer service excellence are maintained.
Coordinate with the Head Office for promotions, marketing, inventory, and operations.
Recruit and develop high-performing retail staff.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and mall management teams.
Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews.
Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Fashion, or Retail Management.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in retail sales or fashion industry, with at least 2 years in a regional role.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to achieve targets and manage multiple locations.
Willingness to travel across Maharashtra.
