Job Title: Regional Manager
Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a small team of sales professionals in driving revenue growth, expanding hospital partnerships, and promoting Settlemed's value proposition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, team management, and client relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
2. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of up to 4 Sales Executives.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators and key stakeholders.
4. Operational Efficiency: Ensure seamless sales process execution, complying with internal policies and ABDM guidelines.
5. Market Expansion: Identify market trends and opportunities for expanding Settlemed's regional footprint.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1. Sales and Revenue Performance: Achieve 100% of regional sales targets consistently.
2. Client Acquisition and Retention: Onboard at least 5 new hospitals per quarter within the region.
3. Team Performance: Ensure 80% of Sales Executives meet or exceed individual sales targets.
4. Operational Excellence: Achieve 100% CRM adoption and data accuracy across the regional team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Industry Expertise: Experience in healthcare solutions or SaaS-based sales is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Zoho CRM.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
