Key Responsibilities:



Drive and grow offline sales for

sports nutrition products

including whey proteins, mass gainers, and allied supplements across

Uttar Pradesh

. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, gyms, fitness centers, sports stores, and retailers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective team and channel management. Expand the distribution network to increase product reach across major cities like

Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Agra, and Meerut

. Recruit, train, and lead sales executives to ensure strong field performance. Collaborate with marketing for product launches, promotions, and brand-building activities. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new market trends to identify growth opportunities. Ensure timely payment collections and maintain strong partner relations. Prepare and present regional performance reports and sales insights to management.

Requirements:



5-8 years of experience

in the

Sports Nutrition industry

(mandatory). Proven track record of handling regional territories and achieving sales targets. Strong network with fitness professionals, gym owners, distributors, and retailers in Uttar Pradesh. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
