Role and Responsibilities:
Territory and Customer Identification:
Identify and assess potential territories and customer segments for business growth.
Customer Collaboration:
Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and identify opportunities for tailored solutions.
Decision Maker Engagement:
Schedule appointments with key decision-makers and recommend appropriate products based on customer needs.
Account Development:
Build new accounts from the ground up, exhibiting patience and persistence in relationship building.

Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, demonstrating a strong focus on results.
Problem Solving:
Display a willingness to understand and resolve customer challenges.

Qualification and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Master's in Business Administration/Marketing.
Minimum of 5 -10 years of experience in direct sales to automotive/aerospace/defense industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to analyze market trends
Proficient in MS office
