Regional Sales Manager for NORTH INDIA, SOUTH INDIA AND WEST INDIA (Purse and Handbag Industry)
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record in the ladies purse and handbag industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market trends, exceptional customer relationship skills, and a strong sales background.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
Design and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and market growth.
Client and Retailer Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients and retailers, ensuring sustained business growth.
Market Analysis and Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets to expand the company's footprint and drive sales.
B2B Client Service Excellence:
Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
Requirements:
Industry Experience:
Proven sales experience within the purse and handbag industry.
Communication and Negotiation Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation abilities.
Team Collaboration and Independence:
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Educational Background:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
