Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) for Senior Sales Executive



1. Sales Target Achievement



Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Monitor individual sales performance and ensure alignment with company goals.

Identify high-value opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales revenue.

2. Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Regularly update clients on new products, services, and promotions.

3. Market Research and Analysis



Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client and market insights.

Monitor industry developments to ensure competitive positioning.

4. Team Collaboration and Leadership



Mentor and assist junior sales team members in achieving their targets.

Share best practices and strategies to improve team performance.

Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to streamline the sales process.

5. Sales Planning and Reporting



Develop and implement sales plans to achieve set objectives.

Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.

Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.

6. Business Development



Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and untapped markets.

Establish partnerships and networks to enhance brand visibility and market share.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.

7. Compliance and Administration



Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals in CRM systems.

Handle administrative tasks, such as contract preparation and documentation.

8. Upselling and Cross-Selling



Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients.

Educate clients on complementary offerings to enhance their value.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
